Transported After School Martial Arts Program
Who can attend?
One With Heart’s Transported After School Martial Arts and Self-Defense program is open to all 1st through 5th graders 5 days a week . We pick your child up from Richmond and Glencoe Elementary Schools and transport them to our school on Hawthorne Blvd. Students from all other schools are welcome, but need to be self-transported.
Basic training in age-appropriate self-defense!
Kids will learn:
How to set boundaries and use their voice
How to make the right choice when faced with challenging situations at school, on the way home, or at a friend’s house.

School Pick-Up
School pick-up happens at school release time. Two 15 passenger vans serve Richmond Elementary and directly proceed to One With Heart Martial Arts & Self-Defense school on Hawthorne.
After School Time
From arrival until 3:30 p.m. is snack, homework, and free-play time. Students choose either quiet room where they work on homework, do art projects, or read and relax, or active room where they get supervised fun movement and games before their martial arts class. Then students begin their martial arts training with teammates by age and experience !
Parent Pick-Up
Pick-up is from 5:15 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Parents and guardians are welcome to arrive early to hang out and use our free WiFi and seating area.
Tuition Options
School Year – 9 month membership - $729 per month *Cancellable with 30 days-notice
Tuition is based on five days a week participation. Tuition is the same for transported and non-transported option. Tuition is the same for fewer than five days a week participation, but we recommend that they attend a minimum of 3 days a week. Students build on skills from previous classes.
Paid In Full membership - Receive 10% off tuition when you pay in full for the school year, for a savings of $656.10
*Your first payment serves as a non-refundable deposit that reserves your place in the program. The deposit will be applied to the first month’s tuition. Automatic payments will begin on the second month.*
